When you want to buy or sell a property, our principals Erik & Ann Hansen, Brokers-Realtors, can represent your interests and guide you to successfully close your real estate transaction.

As members of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and members of the Ventura County Multiple Listing Service we are in the unique position to give buyers access to the database of listed properties in our area, in the same time giving sellers the needed exposure to over 1900 real estate professionals and their clients.

Our background in property management and maintenance can be very useful to our clients.

The commission is reasonable and negotiable based on many factors, one of which is the selling price of the property.

Services for sellers

We will lower our commission to 5% for listing a property but we will offer 3% commission split to the buyer’s broker, therefore not diminishing in any way the exposure the seller’s property will get.

If we are the listing brokers and we also bring the buyer to the negotiating table with the seller’s permission, we will lower our commission to 4%.

Services for buyers

When we represent buyers, we receive our commission split from the listing broker; therefore our client does not pay us anything.

If the buyer wants to look at “For sale by owner” properties, we will lower our commission to 2% and we will negotiate with the seller to pay our commission or part of it.
